Rausch played four years of women's basketball for Head Coach Jerry Scheve. One of the best post players in program history, she was a two-time All-American and aided the Fightin' Quakers to 96 victories in four years. She was a key part of Wilmington's 2004 national championship run, scoring 616 points and grabbing 365 rebounds during that season, her senior year. Rausch was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2004 NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament and was on the D3Hoops.com Team of the Decade. She finished her career with 1,830 points and 1,017 rebounds.
