Alex Van der Sluijs ('07)
Alex Van der Sluijs was a three-year member of the men's soccer program under Head Coach Bud Lewis. A three-time First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) selection, he was also named OAC Forward of the Year twice, in part for scoring 29 career goals and dishing out 20 assists. Van der Sluijs was a key contributor, to the tune of 10 goals and 10 assists, on the 2004 team that won the OAC Championship and advanced to the "Sweet 16" round of the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Tournament. He returned to his alma mater as head coach beginning in the 2018 season.
