Becki (Opalek) Poeppelmeier ('98)

Becki (Opalek) Poeppelmeier was a four-year women's soccer player for Head Coach Steve Spirk. Tied for the program's record in games played at 97, Poeppelmeier helped guide the Fightin' Quakers to a 71-27-1 overall record and three NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournament appearances. Two of those trips resulted in games in the "Sweet 16". A stalwart on the defensive side of the field, she was named Defensive Most Valuable Player and garnered All-Ohio honors in 1997.
