Steve Magoteaux ('75)

Steve Magoteaux  was a four-year member of the football program. A two-time All-American, he came to WC when the Fightin' Quakers hadn't achieved a winning record in 15 years. Enter Head Coach Bill Ramseyer, who alongside Magoteaux, guided the Fightin' Quakers to a 6-3 record. After graduation, he spent several decades coaching football and West Milton High School and Piqua High School. In 1990, he was named OHSAA Coach of the Year after leading the Indians to an undefeated record and a spot in the OHSAA Playoffs.
