Fletcher Yates ('76)

All-American

Yates was a four-year member of the men's basketball program as a post player. He still holds the program record for career points (1,953), field goals made (819) and field goals attempted (1,516). Yates's efforts did not go unnoticed as he garnered Honorable Mention All-American honors as well as being named All-Hoosier-Buckeye Conference all four years. After graduation, he spent three years playing professionally in Europe.
