PERSONAL: Sondre Haugen was born August 10, 2003...the son of Vegard Haugen & Bente Skuland...one-year letterwinner for Head Coach John yngvar Syvertsen at Kristiansand Katedral Gimle...nationals qualifier in the 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle events.

Competed in all 11 meets for the Quakers…Swam personal best times in the 50 Yard Freestyle (21.61), 200 Yard Freestyle (1:42.19), 500 Yard Freestyle (4:59.40), 50 Yard Butterfly (23.91), 100 Yard Butterfly (51.69), and 100 Yard IM (54.06)…Earned the first All-OAC honor of the his career as he finished second in the 200 Yard Freestyle at the OAC Championships with a time of 1:42.33, and was named Second Team All-OAC in the event…Competed in the “B” finals in the 50 Yard Freestyle and 100 Yard Freestyle at the OAC Championships…Also competed in four relays at the OAC Championships…Set a new program record in the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 51.69…Tied David Hawk for the program record in the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:42.19…Was a member of three relay teams that set new program records (200 Yard Medley Relay – 1:33.61, 200 Yard Freestyle Relay – 1:24.95, and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay – 3:06.84)… Was named OAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 13, 2023 and Jan. 15, 2024...Named Academic All-OAC.

Appeared in all 11 meets this season for the Quakers…Set personal best times in the 50 SC Freestyle (24.85), 100 Yard Freestyle (45.87), 200 Yard Freestyle (1:39.01), 200 SC Freestyle (1:57.19), 400 SC Freestyle (4:13.30), 500 Yard Freestyle (4:32.59), 800 SC Freestyle (8:46.21), 1000 Yard Freestyle (9:55.51), 1650 Yard Freestyle (16:30.78), 50 Yard Breaststroke (28.45), 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:02.56), 50 Yard Butterfly (22.97), 50 SC Butterfly (26.35), 100 Yard Butterfly (49.49), 100 SC Butterfly (57.39), and 200 Yard Butterfly (2:05.45)…Set program records in the 100 Yard Freestyle (45.87), 200 Yard Freestyle (1:39.01), 500 Yard Freestyle (4:32.59), and 100 Yard Butterfly (49.49)…Was a part of four program record breaking relay teams alongside John Good, Austin Reed, and Jo Pedersen, the 400 Yard Medley Relay (3:23.58), 200 Yard Freestyle Relay (1:24.50), 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:05.42), and 800 Yard Freestyle Relay (6:47.66)…Was a part of the Quakers All-OAC 800 Yard Freestyle Relay team (2nd) and 400 Yard Medley Relay team (3rd) at the OAC Championships…Won the OAC Championship in the 200 Yard Freestyle with a conference record time of 1:39.01…Won the OAC Championship in the 500 Yard Freestyle…Finished fifth in the 100 Yard Freestyle at the OAC Championsips…Named OAC Swimmer of the Week on November 25th, 2024…Named CSC Academic All-District…Named Academic All-OAC.
