(WILMINGTON, Ohio) - Junior defensive specialist Logan McQuillin was selected as the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Women's Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week earlier this afternoon for the first time in her career. 

Across the week, McQuillin anchored the defense for the Quakers in five matches with 71 digs. She tallied 24 digs against Hanover and 11 in Wilmington's win over Kuyper College. The junior also added seven service aces throughout the week. McQuillin's 196 digs lead the Quakers, averaging 4.56 digs per set, and her 12 service aces also leads the team. 

Wilmington hosts Berea College this Friday, September 26, at 7:00 P.M. to kick off homecoming weekend.
