Sophomore Season (2023):
Competed in all seven races for the Quakers…Ran a career best 8k time of 26:15.1 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships on Nov. 11…Ran a season best 5k time of 17:21.8 at the Franklin College Grizzly XC Invitational on Sep. 2.
Junior Season (2024):
Competed in seven meets for the Quakers…Finished in the Top-35 four times and the Top-10 once…Ran a season best time of 25:54.8 in the 8k and 16:46.0 in the 5k…Named a USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Academic Athlete…Named Academic All-OAC.
Senior Season (2025):
Competed in all seven meets for the Quakers…Ran a career best 8k time of 25:35.9 at the JennaStrong Fall Classic in Wilmington…Had three Top-10 finishes, including two Top-3 finishes in the Pat Thomas Invitational and the JennaStrong Fall Classic…Named Academic All-OAC…Finished eighth at the OAC Championships with a time of 25:47.1 to earn First Team All-OAC honors…Finished 24th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in a time of 25:43.1 to earn All-Region honors.
