(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – On Senior Day inside the Wilmington Natatorium, the Wilmington College men's swimming team defeated the Manchester University Spartans in close dual action, 103-90. This concludes their dual season with an overall record of 4-3 in head coach
Michael Branch's first year at the helm of the program.
Before the start of the dual, seniors

Ryan Washburn were recognized for their contributions to the program.
Haugen won his lone official individual event this afternoon in the 200 SC Meter Freestyle with a time of 1:55.37, which was over 16 seconds better than the second-place finisher. He also competed in the 100 SC Meter Butterfly, which he won in a time of 57.39 seconds compared to second place's 1:06.06. However, his time was considered an exhibition and didn't count towards the team score.
To end the day, Haugen, freshman
Bo Bindewald, Good, and Pedersen won the 200 SC Meter Freestyle Relay in 1:38.69 by over seven seconds. Good and Pedersen won their lone individual event of the dual. Good was the lone swimmer under a minute in the 100 SC Meter Backstroke in 59.96 seconds while Pedersen took the 200 SC Meter IM in a time of 2:17.31.
Sophomore
Parker Basener finished second in a pair of individual events. In the 200 SC Meter IM, he finished in 2:23.25 behind Pedersen and just missed out on first in the 100 SC Meter Breaststroke at 1:09.53. The Spartans Cyler Nelis bested him at 1:08.94.
Bryce Hensley finished second in the 100 SC Meter Freestyle in 1:01.85 while Bindewald finished behind Good in the 100 SC Meter Backstroke with a time of 1:03.30. Freshman
Carson Duerk also took second in the 400 SC Meter Freestyle in 4:52.39.
