(NEW CONCORD, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's track & field team begins the 2026 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships tomorrow morning, hosted at Muskingum University.
On day one, the field events begin at 11:00 A.M. and track events begin at 3:10 P.M. Day two, field events start at 11:00 A.M. and track events start at 3:00 P.M.
After earning a pair of All-OAC honors in the 3000 and 5000 meter runs at the OAC indoor championships,
Morgan Blair looks to continue her impressive freshman campaign at the outdoor championships. Also earning All-OAC honors indoors was the 4x400 Meter Relay team of
Hayden Setty,
Sophia Hardwick,
Andria Pollazek, and
Kyla Begley.
Blair comes into her first OAC outdoor championships in the Top-10 of three different events. Her best event is the 10,000 Meter Run, where she sits second with a time of 38:07.92, ran at the WashU Distance Carnival to kick off her season.
She is third in the 5000 Meter Run, where she crossed the line in 17:54.28 at the Otterbein Twilight meet and is one of just four athletes in the conference to break 18 minutes, with three of them being freshmen. Blair sits seventh in the 1500 Meter Run at 4:53.15, a time she ran last weekend at the Bill Kincaid Track & Field Invitational in Wilmington.
Also sitting in the Top-10 of three events is sophomore
Sophia Hardwick. She is third in the 400 Meter Hurdles with a career best time of 1:07.46, set last weekend at the Bill Kincaid Track & Field Invitational in Wilmington. Her mark of 33.60 meters in the Javelin Throw at Cedarville puts her seventh in the conference while her time of 16.07 seconds in the 100 Meter Hurdles from the Bill Kincaid Invitational is 10th.
Junior
Mykell Bowen is fourth in the Hammer Throw with a career best mark of 48.04 meters from the Otterbein Twilight meet and fifth in the Discus Throw at 38.45 meters. Her Hammer Throw toss is seventh best in the Great Lakes region.
Sophomore
Kyla Rush is second in the Triple Jump with a career best leap of 11.17 meters from the Otterbein Twilight Meet and tied for eighth in the Long Jump with a career best mark of 5.13 meters from the same meet. Her Triple Jump mark is seventh in the Great Lakes region.
Junior
Hayden Setty is fourth in the 400 Meter Dash with a career best time of 58.48 seconds, set last weekend at the Bill Kincaid Invitational and is ninth in the 800 Meter Run at 2:20.01 from the Otterbein Twilight meet.
Freshman
Lillian Dennis has the best Discus Throw mark in the conference of 43.00 meters, set at the Otterbein Twilight meet, which also sits her at seventh in the event in the Great Lakes region.
Senior
Chloe Lovett's time of 1:05.54 in the 400 Meter Hurdles is second in the conference and 10th in the Great Lakes region.
Senior
Amy Myers career best mark of 48.46 meters in the Hammer Throw, set last weekend at the Bill Kincaid Invitational is second in the conference and fourth in the Great Lakes region.
Senior
Lucy Trout is third in the conference in the Hammer Throw this spring at 48.12 meters from the season opening Don McGarey Invitational, a mark that sits her sixth in the Great Lakes region.
Freshman
Andria Pollazek is tied for fourth in the High Jump, with a season best clearance of 1.61 meters from the JennaStrong Invitational at Wilmington. This is tied for eighth in the Great Lakes region.
Senior
Amber Corll is sixth in the Hammer Throw with a career best mark of 46.07 meters set last weekend at the Bill Kincaid Invitational.
