(BEREA, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's track & field team had a few athletes in action at the Harrison Dillard Twilight Meet, hosted by Baldwin Wallace University.
In the Hammer Throw,
Lucy Trout finished fifth and broke 50 meters for the first time in her career, hitting 50.09m on her third attempt.
Amy Myers was eighth with a toss of 48.10m on her second throw of the competition.
Mykell Bowen also competed for Wilmington but didn't post a mark.
The Quakers had a pair of athletes compete in the 400 Meter Hurdles.
Chloe Lovett was sixth in a time of 1:04.48 while
Haley Cook ran the event for the first time in her collegiate career and finished in 1:07.38 for ninth place.
Chloe Sutton just missed out on a personal best in the 200 Meter Dash as she crossed the line in 26.96 seconds.
Hayden Setty finished the 800 Meter Run in 2:20.40.
The Quakers also ran the 4x400 Meter Relay in a time of 3:57.37, which is a new season best in the event for Wilmington.

Chloe Lovett is scheduled to compete for the Quakers on Thursday at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet in the 400 Meter Hurdles, as she looks to post a time good enough to qualify for the national meet.
