(WESTERVILLE, Ohio) -
Domenic Farley received the first Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Player of the Week honor for men's basketball since he did it back on December 4th, 2023.
Farley earned that honor for a 24-point, eight-rebound performance upsetting the University of Mount Union 80-79, the would-be conference regular-season champions and tournament runner-up. In that game Farley scored four of the final six points.
This time around, Farley, once again, was instrumental in an upset of the Purple Raiders, currently the number one team in the OAC, hitting the game-winning three with 7.5 seconds left.
Over the past week, in that win over Mount Union and a double-overtime loss at Muskingum University, Farley averaged 34 minutes, and totaled 34 points, 15 rebounds, 11 assists, two steals and a block.
Against Muskingum, Farley had his first double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
