(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's cross country team competed in the Quaker Opener this evening, where they finished in a tie for third with a score of 98. The race was two miles and was moved to later in the day due to extreme heat.

Senior Hayden Setty led the way for Wilmington with a third-place finish and a time of 12:31.3. She was followed by freshman Sophia France in 13:56.3 for 21st place and sophomore DaShae Washington in 26th at 14:20.6.

The final two scorers for the Quakers were sophomore Addison Naus in 15:32.0 and 32nd and sophomore Heather Dutenhaver at 16:29.3 and 33rd place.
