(NEW CONCORD, Ohio) – The Wilmington College men's track & field team concluded the 2026 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships today at Muskingum University in sixth place as a team with 29 points.
Leading the way on day two for Wilmington was senior
Darryl Story, who took fourth in the 100 Meter Dash in a time of 10.69 seconds for five points.
After finishing third in the 10,000 Meter Run last night, senior
Gabe Moore completed his double in the 5000 Meter Run this evening. He took seventh place in 15:05.36 for two points.
Both
Keegan Kidd in the 800 Meter Run and
Larreon Brodie in the Hammer Throw had eighth place finishes for Wilmington to score one point each. Kidd just missed out on a personal best in the event, running a 1:56.93, while his personal best time is 1:56.91. Brodie used a mark of 45.93 meters on his final attempt in the Hammer Throw to finish in eighth place.
The Quakers scored seven total points between the 4x400 Meter Relay and the 4x100 Meter Relay. In the 4x400,
Brendan Bornemann,
Griffin Roell,
Samuel McEntire, and
Keegan Kidd finished in 3:21.44 for fifth place and four points. Baldwin Wallace University finished just ahead of them in 3:20.79.
In the 4x100 Meter Relay, the team of
Amare Middleton,
Darryl Story,
Mackenzie Tillman, and
Samuel McEntire crossed the line in 43.08 seconds for sixth place and three points. Marietta College and Otterbein University were just ahead of them in 42.89 and 42.45 seconds.

This concludes the Quakers regular season, but some athletes will be slated to compete in last chance meets beginning next weekend.
