(WILMINGTON, Ohio) - Nick Roca earned his first career Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Offensive Player of the Week honor, marking the Quakers' second consecutive offensive player of the week award.
The senior attacker turned in a historic performance in Wilmington's 16-11 road win over Spalding University, scoring 10 goals to tie the program's single-game goal record. Roca matched the mark just under a week after Garrett Reigelsperger scored 10 goals against Brevard. Roca is now tied with Jhordan Lang (2017), Jacob Snyder (2023), and Reigelsperger (2026) for the most goals in a single game in program history.
Against Spalding, Roca also set a new single-game program record with 16 shots on goal and finished with 24 total shots coming at third all time. His 10-point performance is tied for sixth all-time.
Wilmington later fell 17-10 on the road at the University of Mount Union, snapping the Quakers' four-game win streak. Roca added three goals in the loss, extending his scoring streak to seven games with five straight multi-goal performances.
The Quakers return home to host Muskingum University on Wednesday night at 7:00 P.M. in their first home conference game of the season.
