(RICHMOND, Ind.) – The Wilmington College women's cross country team won their first meet of the season Friday afternoon in the Pat Thomas Invitational, hosted by Earlham College with a team score of 24.
In her first college race, freshman
Morgan Blair led the Quakers with a second-place finish in a 5k time of 21:08.30. Junior
Hayden Setty took third place in 22:11.0. Three other freshmen finished in the Top-10 for Wilmington.
Avery Vance was 7th in 23:11.90,
Addison Naus 8th in 23:27.20 and
Anna Armstrong took 9th in a time of 23:32.40.
What's Up Next
The Quakers travel to Otterbein University for the Otterbein Invitational on September 13th. They will be competing at the course that the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships will be taking place at later in the season.
