(GAMBIER, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's swimming team had a few participants at the Fast Chance Invitational, hosted at Kenyon College Saturday afternoon. The meet was unscored.
Sophomore
Gabby Kuetemeyer, freshman
Brenna Beadle, and junior
Sydney Overmyer were in action for Wilmington. Kuetemeyer competed in the 500 Yard Freestyle, 100 Yard Butterfly, and 100 Yard IM. She took fourth in the 500 Yard Freestyle at 5:46.99, touched the wall in 1:04.33 during the 100 Yard Butterfly, and finished in 1:06.74 for the 100 Yard IM.
Beadle competed in the 50 Yard Freestyle, 200 Yard Freestyle, and 100 Yard IM. Her best event was the 100 Yard IM, where she finished fourth with a time of 1:03.94. She finished the 50 Yard Freestyle in 25.87 seconds and the 200 Yard Freestyle in 2:07.44.
Overmyer swam the 100 Yard Backstroke and 200 Yard Backstroke for the Quakers. She finished the 100 Yard Backstroke in 1:06.81 and the 200 Yard Backstroke in 2:26.17.

This concludes the Quakers season, and they will be back in the pool for dual action in October.
