(WESTERVILLE, Ohio) - The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) announced its 2025 All Conference teams this morning, honoring
Alex Wilson with First Team recognition and
Jordan Snyder and
Lindsey Bauer with Second Team distinctions for the Quakers.
Senior
Alex Wilson was named First Team All-OAC for the second straight year. It is the forward's fourth honor of her career and third time on the First Team (2022, 2024, 2025). She was also named Third Team All-OAC in her sophomore season during 2023. The senior leads the conference in numerous offensive categories. Wilson's 79 shots, 38 shots on target, 11 goals, and six game-winning goals are all the highest marks in the OAC. She has three assists and leads the conference in points with 25, averaging 1.47 points per game. Wilson won OAC Offensive Player of the Week three times this season, including once for her game-winning hat-trick against Heidelberg University.
Snyder was the Quakers second leading goal scorer with nine goals. She has been named Second Team All-OAC for two seasons in a row. Snyder's 22 points are second most in the conference, and her four assists are tied for second in the OAC. The midfielder has scored three game-winning goals and started in 18 of the 19 games for Wilmington. Her 48 shots are fourth in the conference, and her nine goals are the third most in the OAC. Snyder has two multi-goal games and is one for one on penalty kick attempts this year.
Bauer was the Quakers backbone on the defense. After receiving Third Team All-OAC recognition in her freshman year, she was named Second Team All-OAC in her sophomore campaign. Impressively, Bauer started all 19 games and logged the most minutes of any Quaker with 1,686. The defender helped lead a defense that secured four shutouts during the season. Wilmington was tied for fourth in the conference in goals allowed with 22 and fifth in goals allowed average at 1.16 per game.
Wilmington travels to the No. 2 seed Capital University Comets for the OAC Semifinals tomorrow night at 7:00 P.M.
