Parker Burke Earns Third Career OAC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

(WILMINGTON, Ohio) - Sophomore forward Parker Burke was selected as the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the third time in his career. Burke, the reigning OAC Freshman of the Year, received player of the week honors twice during his outstanding freshman campaign.

On Saturday against Heidelberg, the forward scored the game winning goal to clinch the Quakers 2-1 victory. Burke also drew a penalty kick that led to Wilmington's first goal of the game on Saturday.

The sophomore is second in goals for the Quakers with six. Burke leads the team in game winning goals with three. His three assists and 15 points are also second for the Quakers. Burke is the second Quaker to the receive player of the week nod this season after Jordan Domoe on September 8th.
