(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – The Wilmington Quakers played the Bluffton Beavers to a 2-2 draw Wednesday night at Williams Stadium.
After a scoreless first half, Bluffton pulled ahead with a goal in the 49th minute. Wilmington quickly answered in the 52nd minute as Jace Houck found the back of the net to tie the match at 1-1.
With the match tied, Eli Eyrich buried a goal off a pass from Brayden Spencer to give the Quakers their first lead of the night.
Wilmington held its 2-1 advantage until the 79th minute, when the visiting Beavers found the equalizer.
Neither team found a go-ahead goal over the remaining 11 minutes as the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
