(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's swimming team won their first dual of the season on Senior Day inside the Wilmington Natatorium Saturday afternoon, 98-46 over the visiting Manchester University Spartans. This was head coach
Michael Branch's first win of his dual career with the women's team after the men picked up their first win over Baldwin Wallace University earlier this season.

Abbi Whitesell were recognized for their contributions to the program.
The Quakers picked up several points with individual swims by junior
Gabby Kuetemeyer, Reynek, and
Adisson Houdeshell. Garn won the 100 SC Meter Breaststroke by over 10 seconds in 1:21.97 and took second in the 50 SC Meter Freestyle in 29.09 seconds. She was just out touched by the Spartans Rachel Garcia, who finished in 28.54 seconds.
Reynek and Overmyer won events for the Quakers in the 800 SC Meter Freestyle (11:40.70) and 200 SC Meter Freestyle (2:33.79), respectively. Overmyer also took second place in the 400 SC Meter Freestyle, touching the wall in 5:15.90.
