Biography
PERSONAL: Sydney Overmyer was born Dec. 10, 2003...the daughter of Josh & Jaime Overmyer...four-year swimmer for Head Coach Andrea Sorg at Oak Harbor High School...four-year district qualifier as well as state qualifier as a senior...member of four SBC championship teams.

Sophomore Season (2023-24):
Competed in nine meets for the Quakers…Swam personal best times in the 50 Yard Freestyle (26.30), 100 Yard Freestyle (58.10), 500 Yard Freestyle (5:43.85), 50 Yard Backstroke (29.64), 100 Yard Backstroke (1:04.48), and 200 Yard Backstroke (2:21.67)…Competed in the “B” finals of the 500 Yard Freestyle, 100 Yard Backstroke, and 200 Yard Backstroke at the OAC Championships…Also competed in four relays for the Quakers at the OAC Championships.
Junior Season (2024-25):
Appeared in all 11 meets this season for the Quakers…Set new personal best times in the 200 SC Freestyle (2:32.43), 400 SC Freestyle (5:18.03), 50 SC Backstroke (36.00), 50 Yard Breaststroke (37.39), and 100 Yard IM (1:11.91)…Competed in the “B” finals of the 500 Yard Freestyle and 200 Yard Backstroke, while also competing in the prelims of the 100 Yard Backstroke.
