Katherine Weller would get the last out, but not before giving up 2 hits and one run to the Quakers.

Game One

The Quakers jumped out to a quick two-run lead in the top of the first, with Judaea Wilson scoring just two pitches after she hit a single to left field. Wilson went to steal second, but the throw by the catcher bounced off Centre shortstop Cheney Floyd's foot and sent it to the center field fence, enabling Wilson to score.

Then, following a Schwab single and a wild pitch advancing Schwab to second, Franz singled to left, allowing Schwab to score from second.

The Quakers struck again, scoring in the top of the second, with Rachel Berry coming home after a wild play. Berry earned a five-pitch walk and with some aggressive base running and a Centre error, scoring on the same play.

The Colonels tied the game in the bottom of the fourth, with a pair of RBI doubles to right-center, the final batters for the starter Baughman.

The Quakers though came back in the top of the fifth, with a Schwab sacrifice to right with the bases loaded, scoring Kori Cornett.

Then two batters later, Ashley Jo Hardesty, with runners on second and third and two outs, would pop up to short center field, but a dropped fly ball would score both Jocelyn Franz and Alasandra Spears.

That would give the Quakers the lead for good, although the Colonels would score two more in the bottom of the sixth, with the Quakers answering in the top of the seventh.

Game Two

Starter O'Neil would get tagged for two runs in the bottom of the first, compliments of a Tabor double, scoring Floyd and Rylee Sandifer, but those would be the only runs scored by Centre off O'Neil.

The Quakers would tag a trio of Centre pitchers for 11 runs, with nine total in the final two innings.

Spears, Wilson and Schwab would hit back-to-back-to-back doubles to left off starter Ashley Howard with Wilson and Schwab getting RBIs in the top of the third.

But after a quiet inning and a half, the Quaker bats would seemingly go off.

In the top of the fifth, the Quakers would bat 10, enroute to a four-run inning leaving the bases loaded.

After Wilson walked and stole second, Schwab would double to center scoring Wilson. Next up, Franz hit a single to left, scoring Schwab.

After yielding a walk to Hardesty, Centre pulled Howard for Mullender, and Mullender immediately walked Johnson.

After a Mullender passed ball, Franz scored, but Hardesty was thrown out at first for the first out.

Mullender immediately yielded two more walks to Claire Scully and Berry, before getting Maddie Starnes to pop up for the second out with the bases loaded.

Mullender then walked Spears, scoring Cici Harding, who pinch ran for Johnson, before getting Wilson to pop up to end the Quaker barrage.

The Quakers scored one more run in the sixth than the fifth, while sending up one less batter.

Schwab would score the first run on a double steal with Johnson. But after two more walks by Mullender, Weller came in to pitch for the Colonels. A bases loaded wild pitch would score Johnson, and then Cornett doubles, scoring Berry and Scully, then Spears doubles scoring Cornett.
