(WILMINGTON, Ohio) -Â Sierra McCoin hits six threes, falling one shy of the program record, en-route to 24 points and
Cassidy Lovett scores 19 points in a 66-58 win over previously undefeated Berea College (Ky.) on Saturday afternoon.
ZahKyria Walker pulled down 13 rebounds, while Lovett and Walker both tallied six assists each.
Sydney Capen had two emphatic blocks down low for the Quakers. Lovett led the team with 3 steals.
The Quakers never trailed the Mountaineers by more than two points, and led the entire second half and built a large 15-point lead on a 14-2 run over three and a half minutes, midway through the third quarter, catapulted by 10 McCoin points.
The Mountaineers made a game of it later, but never got any closer than six.
Wilmington won the points off turnover battle, outscoring Berea 16-11 and outscored the Mountaineers from downtown, hitting four more threes and five more baskets. Berea did outscore the Quakers from the free throw line 15-9.

The Quakers will be on the road for their next two games, all after the Thanksgiving holiday. Their first road game will be their Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) opener against the Fighting Muskies from Muskingum University on December 4th at 7:00 P.M.
