Biography

Coach O'Brien on Kennedy: Kennedy comes back as a senior looking to have a big season.  Kennedy is coming off one of her most successful offensive seasons at Wilmington and we will be looking to add to her offensive skill set this year.

PERSONAL: Kennedy Ann Harshaw was born August 12, 1996 ... daughter of Stephanie Harshaw- Butler and William Pearson and Kaner Butler Jr. (stepfather) ... has four siblings, Kaner Butler - a WC Track & Field athlete, Sierra Nicole, Dante Pearson, and William Pearson ... attended Yellow Springs High School and earned national high school scholars society ... has earned Dean's List every semester

MAJOR: Athletic Training

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Played in a career high of 29 games ... 12 kills for the season ... hitting percentage of .072 ... 14 digs, with a game high of 4 against Franklin College (9/6).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Played in 23 of 25 games ... finished second on the team with 129 kills ... her 118 digs were fourth on the team ... three games with double-figure kills, including a career-high 13 against Wooster (9/9).

JUNIOR SEASON (2016): Played in all 28 matches ... finished second on the team with 135 kills ... added 75 digs, including a career-high 13 against Governors State (9/17).
