Biography

PERSONAL: Joy Bebe was born Sept. 30, 2002...the daughter of Rosemary and Nathaniel Bebe...four-year starter for Head Coaches Wesley Vance and Dale Adkins...finished with the most kills and digs on the team during junior and senior seasons...All-District honoree.

MAJOR: Psychology

Freshman Season (2021 SPRING): 

Appeared in all 16 matches in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic...led the team in blocks with 27 total for an average of over 0.50 per set...put down 48 kills for an average of nearly one per set.

Sophomore Season (2021 FALL): 

Appeared in 28 matched with 88 sets played... tallied 136 kills third best on the team averaging 1.55 kills per set... led the team in blocks with 35 total for an average of 0.40 per set. 

Junior Season (2022): 

Appeared in all 28 matches with 95 sets played as a junior...tallied double-digit kills in four matches including a 13-kill performance at Bluffton University on Sept. 21...led the team in blocks with 58.

Senior Season (2023):

Appeared in all 24 matches and 88 sets for the Quakers…Led the OAC with 26 block solos…Led the team with 63 total blocks and 37 block assists…Third on the team with 132 kills…Recorded 77 digs, 12 aces, and 10 assists.
