PERSONAL: Karina "Elise" Carpenter was born Oct. 8, 2000...the daughter of Mary Beth Cornish and Dante Carpenter...four-year starter for Head Coach Kelly Wood at Marion County High School...tallied overl 500 rebounds in her career...member of district championship team twice and runner-up team twice...National Honor Society member...also member of cross country and softball teams.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2019-20): Appeared in 25 games with one start as a freshman...averaged 2.0 points and just over 10 minutes per contest...notched nine points on two occasions - a 90-52 win over Westminster College (Missouri) and a 79-77 loss on Dec. 29 and at the University of Mount Union on Jan. 25.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2020-21): Appeared in all 14 games in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic...averaged 2.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game...had a season-best game of 12 points and seven rebounds in a 96-81 win over Muskingum University on Jan. 29.
JUNIOR SEASON (2021-22): Appeared in 24 games with one start as a junior...averaged 2.9 points and 1.9 rebounds per contest...scored a season-high eight points in a win over Muskingum University.
