Taylor Watts is in her second season as an assistant softball coach in 2024-25.

In year one, she helped head coach Megan Warren to the Quakers best finish ever in the OAC, tying for sixth with a 19-20-1 overall record and 7-11 conference mark. Three Quakers finished with All-OAC honors in 2024. Samantha Schwab was Second Team NFCA All-Region and also a three-time OAC Player of the Week in 2024.

Watts drew 38 walks in her final two years as a Pioneer and helped Marietta to an NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in 2023.

Outside of the being a student-athlete, Watts worked as an assistant coach with the Ohio Sting, a travel softball organization based in Columbus. She coached players aged 18-and-under, assisted practice planning and registering for six tournaments in the summer. During the end of 2022, Watts interned with the Bacon Raton Bowl working with the University of Toledo.

Watts graduated from Marietta in the spring of 2023 with a degree in business management and communication studies.
