PERSONAL: Andrew Joseph Esselstein was born on September 14th, 1994 ... son of Brian and Lisa Esselstein ... has four older siblings ... lettered all four years and started three in his high school career .. was the team MVP senior year... made the Dean's List Fall '13 and Spring '14, Fall '14, Spring '15, Fall '15, Spring '15, Fall '16.

MAJOR: Biology

Notes: Academic All-OAC, Member of Tau Kappa Beta, Order of Omega.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Played in 14 games with two starts ... was 38 for 95 on faceoffs.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Played in 15 games, all in a reserve role ... scored lone goal of season and was 4-for-4 in faceoffs in win over Calvin (3/17/15) ... was 33-for-109 on faceoffs.

JUNIOR SEASON (2016): Started 15 games, compiling 161 saves, with a save percentage of 54.6 and a win percentage of 60.0.
