Biography

PERSONAL: Lance Edward Fleischman was born June 3, 1998, the only child of Gina and Gary Fleishman...earned a varsity letter at Milford High School, helping the Eagles to an Eastern Cincinnati Conference, district and regional championship. 

MAJOR: Exercise Science

FRESHMAN SEASON (2017): Appeared in 16 games with two starts...earned first collegiate victory by pitching six innings in a 3-2 win over Ohio Northern on April 11...pitched 35.1 innings with 15 strikeouts.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018): Appeared in 15 games with 4 starts...carried a 5.90 ERA...with 20 strikeouts in 39 innings pitched.

JUNIOR SEASON (2019): Appeared in 14 games with 11 starts...pitched 54.1 innings with two victories (versus Blackburn College on Feb. 23 and vs. Muskingum University on March 23)...earned Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Pitcher of the Week honors after the win against Blackburn...led the team in strikeouts with 37... finished the season with a 7.45 ERA.
