(ADA, Ohio) – The Wilmington College football team lost on the road Saturday afternoon to the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears, 42-0. This drops the team to 1-3 overall this season.
The Quakers trailed 14-0 at halftime but couldn't get going offensively before Ohio Northern pulled away in the fourth quarter.
Their best chance to score came off a
Tyler Gregory interception to set them up deep in Polar Bears territory in the second quarter. Wilmington couldn't get anything going during their ensuing drive.

The Quakers are off next week before hosting the Hanover College Panthers on Saturday, October 10th at 7:00 P.M. inside Williams Stadium.
This will be their first game against Hanover since 1999, when the Quakers were a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC).
