(ALLIANCE, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's basketball team lost on the road Saturday afternoon to the University of Mount Union Purple Raiders, 83-38. The Quakers fell behind early and couldn't dig themselves out of their hole as they fall to 6-13 overall this season and 3-9 in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC).
The Quakers fell behind by as many as 14 points in the first quarter and trailed at the half, 40-20. Wilmington struggled in the second en route to their defeat.
