(WILMINGTON, Ohio) – The Wilmington College women's volleyball team finished up Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play tonight with a 3-0 loss to Marietta College in Hermann Court. This also was the Quakers last match at home for the 2024 season. Wilmington falls to 5-20 overall this season.

After dropping the first two sets, the Quakers hung tough in the third. They kept the deficit around 2-4 points throughout before the Pioneers pulled away at the end to win the set 25-19.

Notables

• Sarah Brown led Wilmington with seven kills in the game, while Josie Crabtree hit .313 in the match and recorded five kills.
• Andie Dolven dished out 13 assists for the Quakers, recording her 22nd match of the season with 10 or more assists.
• Logan McQuillin had a team high nine digs, while Dolven tacked on seven for Wilmington and Corissa Oeder added six.

The Quakers enter their final week of the season, beginning with a trip to Wilberforce, Ohio to take on the Central State University Marauders on Monday night at 7:00 P.M.

Wilmington played Central State at home during the 2023 season and came away with a 3-0 victory.
