WESTERVILLE – The Wilmington College volleyball team fell to Otterbein Tuesday in straight sets (25-9, 25-4, 25-12) in Ohio Athletic Conference.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Freshman Rheanna McClain (Columbus, OH/Hamilton Township) tallied nearly half of Wilmington's kills, finishing with five kills on 22 attempts with seven kills.
• Sophomore Kennedy Harshaw (Xenia, OH/Xenia) was the lone other Wilmington player with multiple kills, recording two.
• Senior Ariana Neff (Naples, FL/Gulf Coast) dished out a team-high 10 assists and added a team-high tying seven digs.
• Sophomore Hannah Kockentiet (Alpha, OH/Dayton Christian) also recorded seven digs.
• Sophomore Kara Short (Conover, OH/Fairlawn) had two block assists for the Fightin' Quakers.

Wilmington (0-22 overall, 0-6 OAC) travels to Mount Union 1 p.m. Saturday.
