WILMINGTON - The Wilmington College volleyball team fell to Heidelberg Tuesday, 3-0 (25-12, 25-6, 25-17), in the Ohio Athletic Conference opener for both team at Hermann Court.

Senior Sara Fisher (London, OH/Madison Plains) led the Fightin' Quakers with six kills, while senior Anne Keenan (Beavercreek, OH/Beavercreek) and sophomore Natalie Sparks (West Jefferson, OH/West Jefferson) had four kills each for Wilmington. Sophomore Ashley Miller (Arcanum/Franklin Monroe) recorded a team-high 11 assists.

The Fightin' Quakers (4-11 overall, 0-1 OAC) will travel to Wilberforce Wednesday for non-conference action against Central State University.
