Mike Spadaro began his time as a Graduate Assistant coach at Wilmington College in the summer of 2026, with the 2026-27 year being his first with the Quakers football program. He will be working primarily with the team's running backs.
He graduated from The College of Wooster in the summer of 2026 with a bachelor's degree in Communications.
While with the Scots, he was a quarterback and wide receiver, while also working as an offensive and defensive assistant. Offensively, he created and ran drills for their running backs and helped with in-game adjustments. He was also a quality control specialist in charge of the equipment and camera crew for practices, while also helping out with recruiting tours.Â
