Mike Bartusiak began his time as an Assistant Football Coach at Wilmington College in the spring of 2026, working primarily with the offensive line. He graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2024.
He was most recently an Assistant Strength & Conditioning coach at the University School in Ohio, while also working as the Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line coach for the freshman team. He helped develop the offensive linemen through technical drills and film review, while also assisting with opponent breakdowns, weekly installs, and game planning.Â
