Women's Swimming Hosts Mount Union on Saturday



WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College women's swimming is back in the pool on Saturday, hosting the University of Mount Union for a 1 p.m. dual at the Wilmington Natatorium.

The Coaches: Trip Breen is in his 22nd season as the head coach of Wilmington's men's and women's swimming teams. Breen has been named Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Men's Coach of the Year four times, the most recently in the 2016-17 season. Eric Mojock has been Mount Union's head swimming & diving coach since the 2006-07 season.

Who to Watch: Macki Leon, who took part in half of the team's top-two performances, will compete in freestyle and backstroke events. Seniors Margaret Hover and Hannah Davis alongside junior Maryn Herring will, as they did a couple of weekends ago, compete in freestyle events. Alongside Leon, Davis and Hover, Anna Endsley will look to improve upon their time in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
