Biography

PERSONAL: Caleb Tackett was born Jan. 3, 2002...the son of Amy Tackett...three-year letterwinner for Head Coach Nick Hensley at Lebanon High School...tallied over 100 wins during prep career...three-time district qualifier that placed twice...state aleternate and qualifier...Second Team All-SWOWCA honoree.

MAJOR: Animal Science

Freshman Season (2020-21): 

Member of the program during a COVID-19 shortened season.

Sophomore Season (2021-22): 

Finished fourth in the 197-pound weight class at the Central Region Championships in Adrian, Michigan...won six duals with five falls competing in the spring semester only...tallied one OAC victory.

Junior Season (2023-24):

Wrestled 14 matches for the Quakers…Led the team with seven victories, three Falls, and two Tech Falls…Tied for the team lead with one Major Decision…Finished second at 197 in the Storm Open…Finished sixth in the 197 pound weight class at the NCAA Central Regionals.

Senior Season (2024-25):

Competed in six matches for the Quakers, wrestling in the 285-pound weight class…Tied for third on the team with one technical fall…Won two matches, including one in the OAC.
