PERSONAL: Makenna Garn was born May 5, 2004...the daughter of Heather & Erik Garn...four-year district qualifier for Head Coach Axle Birnbirch at Pickerington Central High School..two-year national qualifier and member of OCC Championship teams.

Sophomore Season (2023-24):

Competed in eight meets for the Quakers…Swam personal best times in the 50 Yard Breaststroke (32.06), 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:08.06), 200 Yard Breaststroke (2:27.25), and 200 Yard IM (2:13.32)…Competed in four relays for the Quakers at the OAC Championships…Finished second in the “A” finals of the 200 Yard Breaststroke at the OAC Championships with a new program record time of 2:27.25, and was named All-OAC in the event…Finished third in the “A” finals of the 200 Yard IM at the OAC Championships (2:13.32) and was named All-OAC in the event…Finished third in the “A” finals of the 100 Yard Breaststroke at the OAC Championships (1:08.06) and was named All-OAC in the event.

Junior Season (2024-25):

Appeared in five meets this season for the Quakers…Set new personal best times in the 50 SC Freestyle (29.78) and 100 SC Freestyle (1:05.76).
