Softball Hosting Prospect Camp Nov. 4

WILMINGTON, Ohio - The Wilmington College softball program is hosting a prospect camp for softball players in grades 9-12 on campus on Nov. 4.

The prospect camp, which has a section for hitting/fielding and pitching, is specifically those with a desire to compete at the college level. Clinic participants will receive hands-on instruction as they rotate through multiple offensive and defensive stations.  Each station has been developed to improve each aspect of their game. All participants will be given top-notch instruction in the areas of hitting, fielding (instruction will be position specific) and base running.

Head Coach Beth Floyd and assistant coaches Jessie Madzia, Gary Breeden, Sawyer Hooper and Savannah Hooper will lead the instruction of the prospect camp.  Members of the 2019 Wilmington College softball team will also be assisting in the instruction.

Registration, which closes Nov. 2, for both sections of the camp is available online at the link above. Any further questions can be directed to Assistant Softball Coach Jessie Madzia. She can be reached via email at or via phone at 937-481-2250.
