Appeared in 10 meets for the Quakers, competing in six different events…Set collegiate bests in the mile (4:57.47), 3,000 (9:45.40), 1,500 (4:35.68), 800 (2:15.62), and 10,000 (34:26.37)…Recorded a pair of Top-3 finishes.
Sophomore Season (2023-24):
Appeared in 11 meets for the Quakers…Competed in the 5,000 Meter Run, 3,000 Meter Run, Mile, and the 10,000 Meter Run…Set new career bests in all four events starting with the Indoor 5,000 Meter Run (16:05.68), 3,000 Meter Run (9:22.80), Mile (4:50.67), and the 10,000 Meter Run (33:37.72)…Won the 5,000 Meter Run at the 2024 MSJ January Meet…Finished third in the 5,000 Meter Run at the Cedarville Collegiate Indoor Invite and the 3,000 Meter Run at the Muskie Meet #4…Named Academic All-OAC.
Junior Season (2024-25):
Appeared in 13 total meets for the Quakers...Competed in the 5000 Meter Run, 3000 Meter Run, Mile, 1000 Meter Run, 800 Meter Run, 1500 Meter Run, and 10,000 Meter Run...Finished in the Top-3 six times...Set new career bests in the Mile (4:38.14), 1000 (2:50.04), 3000 (8:56.96), 5000 indoors (15:05.42), 800 outdoors (2:09.70), 1500 (4:19.03), and 10,000 (31:49.38).
