Biography

PERSONAL: Dane Klosterman was born May 23, 2001...the son of Kris and Mia Klosterman...three-year starter for Head Coach Stephanie Scholl at Springfield High School...swam the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyles as well as the 100-yard backstroke...four-year member of the Honor Roll...also a member of the soccer and track & field teams.

MAJOR: Agriculture

Freshman Season (2019-20): 

Finished third (2:05.76) and sixth (57.00 seconds) in the consolation final of the 200-yard and 100-yard backstroke events respectively...was a memeber of three Fightin' Quaker relay teams.

Sophomore Season (2020-21): 

Tallied three consolation finals finishes at the OAC Championships, finishing second in the 100-yard backstroke (57.06 seconds), third in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.76) and fifth in the 200-yard IM (2:05.93)...also a member of the Fightin' Quakers' 200-yard medley and 800-yard freestyle relay squads.

Senior Season (2023-24):

Competed in 10 meets for the Quakers…Swam a personal best time in the 100 Yard IM at the Corbiere-Merion Invitational (1:01.01)…Competed in the “B” finals of the 200 Yard Backstroke at the OAC Championships…Also competed in the 200 Yard IM and the 100 Yard Backstroke at the OAC Championships.
