Competed in six races for the Quakers… Ran a season best 8k time of 31:01.4 at the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) XC Championships on Oct. 28… Ran a season best 5k time of 21:39.6 at the Franklin College Grizzly XC Invitational on Sep. 2.

Sophomore Season (2024):

Competed in five meets for the Quakers…Ran a season best time of 30:53.6 in the 8k and 20:51.2 in the 5k.
