PORTLAND, Maine - Sterling Clark, a 2018 graduate of Wilmington College and a four-year member of the football program, has signed a professional contract with the Maine Mammoths of the National Arena League for the 2019 season.

Clark played in 37 games in his Fightin' Quaker career and served as a mainstay in the offensive line. Wilmington rushed for over 1,000 yards during two of Clark's four seasons on the offensive line. He garnered Honorable Mention All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) honors as a senior.
Head Football Coach Bryan Moore said this of Clark after his senior season - "I have coached college football for the past 18 years and I can, without hesitation, say that Sterling Clark has made the single greatest one-year improvement that I have ever seen. He has started a lot of games in his career here, but this season was far and away the best of his career."
